GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any modification/cancellation must be communicated by mail to participant@15-mai.com

Until September 11th, 2025 (included): reimbursement of your registration with a deduction of €50 administration fees.
From September 12th to December 11th, 2025 (included): Withholding of 50% on the total amount, for administrative fees.
From December 12th, 2025: All cancellations will be charged at 100% of the cancelled reservation value.
