GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any modification/cancellation must be communicated by mail to participant@15-mai.com

Until December 14th, 2023 (included): reimbursement of your registration with a deduction of €50 administration fees.
From December 15th, 2023 to January 30th, 2024 (included): Withholding of 50% on the total amount, for administrative fees.
From January 31st, 2024: All cancellations will be charged at 100% of the cancelled reservation value.
